for you and your guests. From your grand entrance to your farewell,
we will act as your "Master of ceremony" and walk you
through the stages and
traditions of your reception.
We begin our relationship with a face to face interview with your DJ and discuss your special day in detail. We will also review our service contract to prevent any surprises. We offer the ability to access online tools that allow our clients to plan their event, create song request lists, and even create an event timeline.

- With your input, we create a customized event timeline that allows us to keep your event on track.
- From your grand entrance to your farewell, we will MC your event to help you through each stage of your reception
- Professional grade sound and lighting equipment
- Wireless SHURE branded microphones for toasting and announcements
- We communicate with your photographers, videographers, and banquet captain as your reception is a team effort.
- A separate setup is available for a ceremony located at the same address as the reception. The setup includes wireless lapel microphones for your guests to hear your vows.

Please note: Venue locations that exceed 50 miles from Anchorage are assessed a travel fee. Venue locations that are an excess of 100 miles are assessed a $100.00 lodging expense fee. See travel expense charges here.
